Her Organizational Change Management practice is dedicated and focused on steering clients through complex transformations.

As a Fractional Communication Manager, Louise helps the function and team develop into a strategic business enabler that adds measurable value to the growth of the organization.

With the Authority Marketing offering, she assists businesses in positioning them as a thought leader and authority in their field, online and offline. Authority Marketing makes your expertise visible, credible and easy for AI tools to recognize, understand and recommend.

She'll help you find your target audience and create engaging stories that amplify your brand and drive more interest. By enhancing your content, she helps you to build strong connections and engaged customers, and to stay top of mind.

She helps starting and existing small business owners scale and transition from traditional business practices to modern digital solutions, ensuring that operations are efficient, the digital marketing is impactful, and growth is sustainable.
Long before Influencers and UGC marketing became an established industry, Louise de Miranda built and ran 30s Magazine, an independent luxury lifestyle publication and digital platform that she developed over 12 years.
What began as a creative venture evolved into a commercially active media brand. She developed the editorial strategy, created and distributed content, built audiences through social media, worked with brands and sponsors, developed commercial partnerships and used the platform to generate visibility and new business opportunities.
Running 30s Magazine gave her first-hand experience of the complete digital content ecosystem: from understanding what makes people stop, click, read and engage to balancing editorial credibility with commercial objectives.
She retired 30s Magazine in 2022, but the experience continues to shape how she approaches digital communications, content strategy, social media and authority building today.
